A Career of Distinction Honoured – June 10th

Queen’s University bestowed an honorary degree upon our founding partner, Wilfred (Wilf) Wilkinson LL.D, in recognition of his legacy as a lifelong volunteer.

Wilf is currently the chairman of the Rotary Foundation; he has also served as President of Rotary International (only the 5th Canadian ever to hold this post) and was involved in the PolioPlus campaign, raising more than a billion dollars in a 25-year effort to eradicate polio worldwide. A Member of the Order of Canada, Dr. Wilkinson is also the recipient of a Papal medal along with many other recognitions.
