Amy Zarzycki

Amy is a graduate of the Accounting CIB Certification Program from Loyalist College and is also an advanced Certified QBO Pro Advisor. She has been a part of the Wilkinson team since 2011. Amy has over 20 years of experience in payroll and business bookkeeping under her belt. She was promoted to manager in 2022 in the Trenton Office and earned her designation as a Certified Professional Bookkeeper in 2025. Amy is devoted to using her leadership towards building a team and setting up junior staff to grow their futures.

Brad Weese

Brad Weese | CPB, Bookkeeping Manager | Kingston Office

Brad graduated from Loyalist College with a degree in Advanced Accounting in 2006 and later joined the Wilkinson team in October 2020. He earned his designation as a Certified Professional Bookkeeper in 2022 and became a Bookkeeping Manager in the Kingston Office. Brad has an Advanced Certification in QuickBooks ProAdvisor and is certified in both Xero and Sage platforms.

Bryer Clanc

Precision and technical excellence define Bryer’s approach to public accounting. Now a Senior Manager at Wilkinson, Bryer combines a foundational background in Mathematics with deep expertise in assurance standards to deliver rigorous financial reporting solutions. A "homegrown" leader, Bryer began his career with the firm. Since joining the firm in 2016, he has earned his Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation (2019), and become a go-to resource for complex technical accounting issues, serving as a key member of the firm’s Standards Committee.

Bryer specializes in navigating the compliance landscapes for small-to-medium enterprises and non-for-profit organizations. Beyond the numbers, he is dedicated to the firm's internal excellence. Bryer leverages his journey from student to Senior Manager to lead training initiatives that ensure the next generation of Wilkinson accountants adhere to the highest professional standards. Bryer holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce with a concentration in Accounting and a minor in Mathematics from Carleton University (2016).

Dan Guerreiro

Dan Guerreiro | CPA, Assurance Manager | Belleville Office

Dan Guerreiro is an Assurance Manager in the Belleville Office. He began his accounting career while attending Conestoga College, graduating in 2017 with a Bachelor degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting, Audit and Information Technology and shortly afterwards began working full-time at Wilkinson.

After working just two years for the firm, Dan earned his Chartered Professional Accountant designation and was promoted to a leadership role, as manager. He is a member of the firm’s social committee and helps to organize various firmwide special events and activities that have helped contribute to the company culture.

Hardik Patel

Hardik took an interest in accounting in high school and this led him to earn his Bachelor’s degree in Commerce at Carleton University. While living in Ottawa, he participated in co-op opportunities that led him to a career at Wilkinson in 2017. While employed at Wilkinson, he earned his Certification of Chartered Professional Accounting in 2021.

He recognizes that Wilkinson is a small firm feeling with partners and staff that are devoted to creating an environment for learning and growing. He puts this into practice by continuing to mentor junior staff and watch their careers in the accounting field grow.

Ian Szeto

Ian joined the Wilkinson team in 2015 after graduating from Nipissing University with a Bachelor of Business Administration, concentrating in Accounting. Ian earned his Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation in 2019.

Promoted to Manager in 2025, Ian is dedicated to mentoring junior staff and takes pride in supporting their growth throughout their accounting careers. He values building meaningful relationships with clients and is committed to delivering services that contribute to their success. Beyond his role at Wilkinson, he actively contributes to the community by serving as treasurer for various local organizations. Ian’s positive personality has been a welcome addition to our leadership team.

Jeanette Cry-Guerreiro

Jeanette Cyr-Guerreiro | CPA, Senior Manager | Belleville Office

Being born and raised in Belleville, Jeanette’s connection to Wilkinson began early when she received the Wilkinson Scholarship during high school, sparking her interest in pursuing Accounting and supporting her academic path from an early stage. She later joined Wilkinson in 2012 as a summer student and subsequently as a co-op student for four terms.

While working as a student, Jeanette graduated from the University of Waterloo in 2015 with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Financial Management. She would later go on to earn her Master of Accounting in 2016 and received her Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) designation in 2018. In recognition of her professional growth and leadership, she was promoted to Assurance Manager in 2021 and to Senior Manager in January 2026.

Throughout her career at Wilkinson, Jeanette has been actively involved in firm initiatives, serving on both the Standards Committee and the Social Committee, where she contributes to maintaining strong technical excellence and a positive firm culture. She strongly values Wilkinson’s dedication to community involvement - a commitment that aligns closely with her own. In 2020, she was recognized with the Wilf Wilkinson Community Service Award, and she has continued her community engagement through her involvement with the Belleville Chamber of Commerce, supporting local businesses from 2021 to 2025. She is proud of her mentorship role and looks forward to contributing to building a team atmosphere, while continuing to build relationships with staff, partners, and her clients.

Rachael Lidstone

Rachael began her accounting journey after graduating from the University of Ottawa in 2018 with a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce and she continued her education obtaining a Masters of Accounting from Carleton University in 2020. Rachel wrote the Common Final Examination with Honours in 2020 and received her Chartered Professional Accountant designation in 2021.

Over the course of her employment at Wilkinson, Rachael is proud of the professional relationships that she has built with her clients. She recognizes the importance of her leadership role within the firm and uses this to help prepare staff when writing their CFE and when training new employees.

Riley Harding Lidstone

Riley has been working for the firm since 2016 and joined shortly after completing her Bachelor’s degree of Commerce at Queen’s University. While employed at Wilkinson, she earned her Certification of Chartered Professional Accounting designation in 2019 and was promoted to manager for the Belleville office.

Samantha Worley

Samantha Worley | CPA, CGA | Tax Manager

Samantha joined the Wilkinson team in 2022, she moved to the Northumberland area from North Bay in 2015. She developed her passion for accounting after completing a Business Administration-Accounting degree from Canadore College in 2001. She would later earn a Bachelor’s degree of Business Administration, Accounting from Nipissing University in 2010. She received her designation in 2014 and then completed the three-year In-Depth Tax Course with CPA Canada in 2017.

While employed at Wilkinson, Samantha has been able to share her knowledge through presentations, bulletins and mailouts. She is proud to assist her co-workers and mentor new employees.

Sarah Dunlo

Sarah Dunlop was born and raised in Belleville and started at the firm in 2010. She gained her experience after graduating from Trent University with a Degree in Business Administration and furthered her education, graduating from the Accounting Program at Loyalist College. She progressed at the firm and was promoted to a manager position. Sarah is thankful for the mentorship and valuable knowledge that she has received from her time at Wilkinson. She is focused on mentoring new staff and expanding upon her relations with her clients.

Tyley Clark

Tyley started at Wilkinson in 2003 after graduating from Trent University with a Bachelor’s degree of Science in Economics. Over the course of her career at Wilkinson, she has worked with a wide range of clients, and is proud to have grown her skillset within public practice to maintain strong client relationships. Tyley is a mom of two and has worked hard to balance work and family for over 20 tax seasons. Tyley works within our Trenton office to provide mentorship and guidance to our junior staff.
